Privacy notice
This notice explains what details TradeFlash keeps about you and how we use them.
What we collect
- Your name, company or trading name, email address, mobile number and business address.
- The vehicle details and files you upload, the messages you send us, and a record of your jobs, credit and payments.
- Basic technical details, such as when you last logged in, to keep your account secure.
- Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
- To run your account, do the work you order, and send your files back.
- To tell you about your jobs by email and text message. You can switch these off in your Profile and settings at any time.
- To keep records of payments and invoices, and to prevent fraud and misuse.
Who we share it with
- Only the companies that help us run the service: hosting and database, payments (Stripe), and email and text message delivery.
- If you signed up through a Partner's portal, that Partner sees your account and job details so they can serve you.
- We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
- For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only for as long as we need it for our business and tax records.
Your choices
- You can see and update your details in your account. To get a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete your account, email enquiries@tradeflash.co.uk.
