By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are paying for the time, expertise, and labour we provide—not for any specific outcome. It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is in proper working condition and that all necessary checks have been completed before submitting any request through our portal.
Emissions modifications — off-road use only
Emissions Modifications are sold only for off-road, motorsport, competition, lawful export, or R&D use, and must not be used on vehicles driven on public roads. In many places, including the UK, EU, US and UAE, tampering with emissions equipment on a road-registered vehicle can be illegal and may lead to fines, failed inspections (e.g. MOT or RTA), invalid insurance, voided warranties and registration problems. By buying or downloading one, the customer accepts full responsibility for checking it's legal where they are and for only fitting it to vehicles where that's allowed.
No refunds
All work performed and all time spent on your request is charged through our credit system. For this reason, no refunds—whether full or partial—are available under any circumstances.
Refund requests & account termination
Submitting a refund request will result in immediate termination of your account and loss of access to our website and all related services.
